Thanks for your continued support of Designo Inc. and patience with my availability over the last few years while I have transitioned back to running my company full-time, became a husband and a father, built a 2nd business and surviving the current state of the economy. In an effort to be more organized and provide better service, I have made some changes with how customers can engage with me and my services and the details are below.
For new websites or larger IT projects ($500+) we can freely discuss via email/phone/text as normal. But moving forward, I will no longer be accepting or responding to random calls, texts or emails with requests/questions or ‘quick fixes’ without being a client or placing an online order. This helps me stay focused on clients that need my services on a regular basis as well as stay organized and prioritize non-client’s requests in the order received.
Become a CLIENT with a Monthly Subscription & Minimum Spend
I am now charging a monthly fee to be a client of mine and requiring a minimum spend each month. With over 25 years of experience in Web & IT services, I have developed a wide variety of skills and offer many different services. I am looking to work with individuals and businesses that have a need for my skills and value my level of expertise. Becoming a client allows me to focus more on your needs and make myself more available to respond in a timely fashion. I am confident I can add value to your business that will justify the monthly spend in relation to your ROI. Everything stays the same in regards to communication and allows the ability to call/email/text questions or requests, fix small issues, keep your business top of mind, and be invoiced for the my time worked on your projects. It also provides a 15% discount on hourly rates. All clients are billed the monthly minimum automatically, with any additional services billed separately. Details can be found when ordering online. The monthly client subscription fee can be cancelled at any time.
The minimum spend is $250/month. The monthly fee to be a client is $75/month for single individuals and $150/month for a businesses with employees. This monthly fee does not include any services. It is a monthly fee simply to be a client and have access to call/text/email and receive a response. So combined with the monthly fee, you simply can pick and choose from any of the website, marketing or IT services I offer to meet the monthly minimum. Order Services Online When Needed
For customers who do not have ongoing needs for their website or IT related issues, you now can order online an hour of of time for your project. Once you have made an order, you can include the details in the order at checkout or email the specifics or attachment of documents as needed to orders@designoinc.com. The online orders are for a minimum hour of time, regardless of how small the project is and anything over an hour will be billed additionally in 1/2 hour increments to be paid upon completion. Once I have checked your order and my schedule, I will confirm the date/time you have requested or set a day and time that works best for both of us. All online orders will be serviced in the order they are received. Work for my clients takes priority, so please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be serviced and use the rush option if it’s an emergency.
