Missing text or images within a microsoft Word file for only a specific computer/user

Ran into an issue where word documents would open fine on all computers but one. When the specific computer/profile opened the word file, there were missing text/images mainly in the header and footer of the document. Opening under the admin profile worked, so the conclusion was drawn that the profile was corrupted. A repair on Microsoft Office did not work. but restoring word back to factory settings resolved the issue. Here is the hot fix from Microsoft that fixed this issue.
